Why we built it
Most lead platforms rent you a database, charge per contact and quietly go stale. We took the opposite route: one desktop application that goes out and finds businesses in real time from maps and search engines, visits each company website, pulls real emails and phone numbers, checks that they actually exist, and then lets you reach out from the same window.
Because everything runs locally on Windows, there are no seats, no monthly bills and no per-lead API charges. You pay once and the software keeps working.
Windows first, local always
TerritoryLead is a native Windows desktop application. Your scraped leads, your mailbox credentials and your AI model all stay on your own machine.
No lead data on our servers
We do not host, resell or mine your prospect lists. Our web tools process files in your browser wherever technically possible.
AI that earns its place
A local Ollama model scores, summarises and classifies each lead so your team works the best 20% first, instead of a raw export of everything.
