No data storage

Visiting card images you upload are held in memory only for the seconds needed to run AI extraction, then discarded. We do not save the images, and we do not save the extracted contact data. Results live in your browser until you export or close the tab.

The Windows desktop software

TerritoryLead runs entirely on your own machine. The leads it collects, the mailbox credentials you configure and the local AI model all stay on your PC — we never receive them.

Free separator and validator

The separator processes your files fully inside your browser; no file is uploaded. The email validator sends only the domain part of each address to public DNS resolvers to check mail servers, and keeps no copy of your list.

What we do keep

• Your email address, so you can sign in and receive your download link.
• Your scan credit balance and usage count.
• PayPal transaction references you submit, to grant and verify credits.
• A one-way hash of your network address, only to enforce the 10 free trial scans.
• An anonymous page-visit count, with no personal information attached.

AI processing

Card images are sent to a Google Gemini vision model purely to perform extraction. They are not used by us for training and are not retained by our systems.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated records at any time by emailing dumbalienteam@gmail.com. Since no card data is stored, deletion removes only your account, credits and purchase records. This policy works alongside our terms & conditions.
