Refund Policy

TerritoryLead software ($1,499 lifetime licence)

Because the product is digital and delivered by email, the sale becomes final the moment the download link and licence details are sent to you. No refund is issued once the software download link has been sent. In its place, we provide full support: installation help, licensing help, defect fixes and reasonable usage guidance by email and WhatsApp, for the life of the product.

If you have paid but the download link has not yet been sent, you may cancel by emailing us and we will refund the payment in full.

Check compatibility before buying

TerritoryLead runs on Microsoft Windows only. There is no macOS, Linux or mobile version. Buying the licence for an unsupported operating system is not a ground for refund, so please confirm you are on Windows first. Questions? Ask us before you pay.

AI visiting card scanner ($29 / 1,000 scans)

Every visitor gets 10 free scans without signing up, so you can test accuracy on your own cards before paying. If you are unhappy, email us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the $29 pack in full, provided fewer than 50 of your 1,000 credits have been used. Beyond 50 credits, a pro-rata refund on the unused portion may be offered at our discretion, minus payment processing fees.

Free tools

The email & mobile number separator and the bulk email validator are free to use, so no payment and no refund applies to them.

Not covered

  • Change of mind after the software download link has been delivered.
  • Results from unreadable, blurred, damaged or handwritten cards.
  • Volume, freshness or accuracy of data returned by third-party search engines and websites.
  • Blocked or restricted email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn accounts caused by how you send outreach.
  • Credit packs older than 7 days, or accounts that bypass the free-trial limit.
  • Chargebacks raised without contacting support first.

How to request

Email dumbalienteam@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID and the email on your account. Approved refunds are returned via PayPal within 5 to 10 business days. This policy should be read together with our terms & conditions.
