This website and all products listed on it are developed and managed by Planet D Private Limited ("we", "us", the "Company"). By purchasing, downloading or using any product on this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.

• AI visiting card scanner — web tool, USD $29 for a pack of 1,000 scan credits.
• Email & mobile number separator and bulk email validator — free to use, provided as-is.

On successful payment for the desktop suite you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use TerritoryLead on machines owned or controlled by your organisation. The licence does not transfer ownership, source code or intellectual property. You may not resell, sub-licence, rent, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the software or any licence key, and you may not operate it as a paid service on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

TerritoryLead is currently available for Microsoft Windows only. No macOS, Linux, mobile or browser-based version of the desktop suite exists today. Other platforms may be released in future, but no date is promised and purchasing does not entitle you to any future platform build beyond what is included in free updates for Windows.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are quoted in USD and exclude any local taxes, duties or bank charges applicable to you. After your payment clears, the software download link and licence details are sent by email to the address associated with your payment, normally within 24 hours on business days. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, reachable email address and to check your spam folder. If the email has not arrived, contact support and we will resend it.

Card scanner credits are granted to the signed-in account after your PayPal transaction is verified. Credits do not expire, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred between accounts. Each card image submitted for extraction consumes one credit, including images that turn out to be unreadable. The free trial is limited to 10 scans per network address; attempts to bypass that limit may result in access being withdrawn.

Once the software download link has been sent, the sale of the desktop suite is final and no refund is issued — support is provided instead. Full details, including the terms that apply to the $29 credit pack, are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

TerritoryLead collects business contact information that is already published publicly and sends outreach through channels you configure yourself. You are solely responsible for how you use it, including compliance with all applicable laws — for example GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, PECR, local telemarketing and do-not-call rules, and the terms of service of any email provider, WhatsApp or LinkedIn account you connect.

You must not use our products to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages that breach the law of the recipient's jurisdiction;
• harvest or process personal data you have no lawful basis to process;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or send fraudulent or misleading offers;
• circumvent security, rate limits or access controls of any third-party website or service.

You indemnify the Company against any claim, penalty or cost arising from your use of the products.

Search engines, maps providers, websites and messaging platforms are operated by third parties and can change, throttle or block access at any time. We do not control them and cannot guarantee the volume, completeness, freshness or accuracy of any data discovered, nor the deliverability of any message you send. AI-generated scores, summaries and extractions are assistive and should be reviewed before use in commercial decisions.

The desktop suite runs locally: leads you collect, mailbox credentials and AI models remain on your machine and are not transmitted to us. Our web tools process data only as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up your own data and licence details.

Updates to the Windows build are provided free for the life of the product. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during business hours and covers installation, licensing, defects and reasonable usage questions. Support does not include writing your campaigns, supplying lead lists, custom development, or fixing issues caused by modified builds, unsupported operating systems or third-party software.

Free tools and web services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be changed, limited or withdrawn at any time without notice. We may suspend access to any account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, or attempts to disrupt or overload our systems.

The products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the products is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product in question, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, blocked accounts or any indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products or the law. The version published on this page is the one in force. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
